4. Personal data protection (GDPR)

The information collected through the forms on this website (surname, first name, email address, phone number, postal address for delivery, details of your order and, where applicable, an inspiration image you choose to send us) is used exclusively to respond to your quote requests and, if you have consented, to send you information about our products. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (preparation of a quote).

This data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact with us.

Our forms are technically routed through Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), our processor for handling incoming messages. Formspree receives and temporarily stores the content of your submissions so that we can reply to you. Your data is not shared with any other third party and is never used by Formspree for commercial purposes.

On the order page, address entry is assisted by the public geocoding service of the IGN, the French national mapping agency (Géoplateforme, Base Adresse Nationale): the characters typed into the address field are sent to it in order to suggest addresses, without being linked to your other information.

6. General terms of sale

Orders placed with Dragée Paris are subject to a quote accepted by both parties. Every confirmed order requires a deposit of 30% of the total amount, with the balance due on delivery.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to creations personalised to your specifications: they can be neither returned nor refunded, except in the case of a defect duly recorded upon receipt.

For non-personalised dragées sold by weight, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal by writing to us at drageeparis@gmail.com. Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging; return costs are at your expense.

Dragée Paris reserves the right to refuse any order that does not allow for its minimum preparation times.

7. Liability

Dragée Paris makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on this website. However, the publisher cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions, or for any results obtained through inappropriate use of the information published.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
